Johnnie Ann Ponder started with Benbow Veterinary Services in November of 2018 as our Vice President of Public Relations and has been our Hospital Manager since October of 2019.

Johnnie Ann graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School and completed her Psychology degree at the University of Southern Mississippi. She has had a passion for working with animals since she was a child. Johnnie Ann transformed that passion into a career and started in the Veterinary Industry in 2014.

Outside of Benbow Veterinary Services, she dedicates her free time to Cane Haven Rescue where she works diligently to find dogs their forever homes.
